Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Himal Trade Link Pvt. Ltd., we value our customers and strive to provide a transparent and fair cancellation process. This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel or modify your order and how refunds (if applicable) are processed.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

A. Before Order Dispatch

  1. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

B. After Order Dispatch

  1. Once your order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. You may, however, request a return (if eligible under our Return Policy) after receiving the product.

2. Order Cancellation by Himal Trade Link Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion in the following cases:

  1. Product out of stock or discontinued
  2. Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website
  3. Payment issues or transaction failure
  4. Invalid or incomplete shipping address
  5. Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately, and any amount paid will be fully refunded within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Products

Certain categories of items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once ordered, including:

  1. Customized or special-order products
  2. Electrical and mechanical parts that have been installed or used
  3. Open-box spare parts or components with tampered packaging
  4. Items purchased on clearance, special offer, or sale

4. Refund Policy

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  1. Order canceled before dispatch
  2. Product not delivered due to stock unavailability or cancellation from our side
  3. Wrong item delivered and approved for return

B. Refund Method

  1. For online payments (Khalti, eSewa, Bank Transfer, etc.), refunds will be processed back to the same account.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet after customer verification.

C. Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation or return approval.

Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Modification of Orders

  1. Once an order is placed, modifications (such as quantity or item changes) are only possible before dispatch.
  2. Please contact our team promptly if you wish to modify your order.
  3. After dispatch, modifications cannot be made, and the product must follow the standard Return Policy (if applicable).

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you cancel or return a product after shipment:

  1. You may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  2. In such cases, Himal Trade Link will bear the full return shipping cost.

7. Exceptions and Special Conditions

Certain industrial or heavy equipment products may require advance payment or pre-order confirmation.

For these cases:

  1. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as materials or components may already be sourced or manufactured.
  2. Customers will be informed clearly during purchase if the product falls under this category.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding cancellation or refunds:
